a) Data Collection Stage: According to the requirements of Chapter 7, collect the basic data and operational data of the station to be evaluated. Process, correct missing or erroneous information, ensure the accuracy of the data information, and provide a data foundation for the station operation evaluation.
b) Indicator Calculation Stage: Based on the evaluation data, calculate various evaluation indicators for the wind-solar-storage combined power station and its wind power subsystem, photovoltaic power subsystem, and energy storage power subsystem according to the requirements of Chapter 8.
7 Evaluation Data
7.1 Basic Data
The basic data of the wind-solar-storage combined power station includes the station name, type, geographical location, wind power subsystem capacity, number and model of wind turbines, photovoltaic subsystem capacity, number and model of photovoltaic inverters, energy storage subsystem capacity, number and model of energy storage units, etc. The main content is shown in Table A.1 of Annex A.
7.2 Operational Data
The operational data of the wind-solar-storage combined power station includes daily, monthly, and annual operational reports. It consists of information such as electricity generation, on-grid electricity, off-grid electricity, meteorological data, market settlement electricity, faults and maintenance records, etc. The main content is shown in Table A.2.
7.3 Data Processing
Before the operation evaluation of the wind-solar-storage combined power station, the completeness and accuracy of the basic data and operational data shall be checked through cross-comparison of the various data information. Missing or erroneous data information shall be supplemented or corrected.
8 Evaluation Indicators and Calculation Methods
8.1 Evaluation Indicators
The operation evaluation of the wind-solar-storage combined power station includes four aspects: energy efficiency, reliability, operation and maintenance, and market trading.
