4 Business process
The general business process for cold chain electronic waybills is shown in Figure 1. The specific process is as follows:
a) After accepting the shipper's transport entrustment, the carrier shall, before the implementation of the transport task, fill in the cold chain electronic waybill through the enterprise TMS in accordance with the relevant requirements of the shipper, self-check the accuracy and completeness of the information filled in, and generate the cold chain electronic waybill;
b) The carrier shall transmit the cold chain electronic waybill to the shipper and the consignee, so that the shipper and the consignee can have timely access to the detailed transport information;
c) The carrier should preferably transmit the relevant information of the cold chain electronic waybill to the relevant systems of the regulatory authorities, so that the regulatory authorities can conduct inquiries and information exchange;
d) The carrier shall transmit the cold chain electronic waybill to the operational personnel in a timely manner for inspection during transport and verification by the consignee;
e) If there is a change in the transport task during the process, the carrier shall promptly modify or update the relevant information of the cold chain electronic waybill, and transmit the modified or updated cold chain electronic waybill to the shipper and the consignee. It should preferably transmit the modified or updated cold chain electronic waybill information to the relevant systems of the regulatory authorities;
