1.0.1 This Standard has been stipulated in the interest of unified rules on master plan drawings which should be clear and concise so that the quality and efficiency can be ensured and the need for design, construction and filing can be satisfied.
1.0.2 This Standard applies to drawings made by the following methods:
1 Manual;
2 CAD.
1.0.3 This Standard applies to master plans in the following engineering scenarios:
1 All phases of newly built, reconstructed and expanded constructions;
2 Measurements drawings of existing constructions; and
3 General plots and standard drawings of master plans.
1.0.4 In addition to this Standard, master plan drawings should comply with "Unified Standard for Architectural Drawings of Buildings" GB/T 50001-2001 and other prevailing mandatory standards stipulated by the state.
