1 General
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to promote green construction and standardize the evaluation methods for green construction building and municipal engineering.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to construction engineering such as new construction, expansion, renovation, and demolition and green construction evaluation of building and municipal engineering such as roads, bridges, and tunnels.
1.0.3 In addition to the requirements of this standard, the evaluation for green construction of building and municipal engineering shall also meet the requirements of the current relevant national standards of the nation.
