2.0.1 Green construction
The building construction activity that is able to maximally save resources, decrease negative effect on the environment and therefore realize "Four Savings and One Environmental Protection" (energy saving, material saving, water saving, land saving and environmental protection) with the aid of scientific management and advanced technology, under the premise that the basic requirements such as quality and safety are ensured.
2.0.2 Construction trash
Waste materials arising from the construction, extension, renovation and dismantlement of various buildings, structures and pipe networks as well as the decoration of buildings.
2.0.3 Building waste
Construction trash which loses the recycling value on construction site after being classified.
2.0.4 Green construction evaluation
The evaluation activity on the level and effect of green construction of building.
2.0.5 Information construction
The construction mode in which the information during implementation process of engineering project is orderly stored, treated, transmitted and fed back by using such information means as computer, network and database.
2.0.6 Construction industrialization
The construction mode in which the building members and accessories are manufactured in plant and are installed at the construction site in manner of modern industrial production.
