本标准适用于城镇燃气设施的运行、维护和应急抢修。
本标准不适用于下列燃气设施的运行，维护和应急抢修:
1、城镇燃气门站以前的长距离输气管道设施。
2、工业企业内部生产用燃气设施。
3、汽车、船舶加气站内燃气设施。
4、沼气、秸秆气的生产和利用设施。
5、海洋和内河轮船、铁路车辆、汽车等运输工具上的燃气应用设施。
