Plastics - Test method for wear by rolling
1 Scope
This standard specifies a test method for wear of plastics by rolling.
It is equally applicable to moulded test specimens, components and finished products.
It is applicable to test of the wear of plastic sheet and sheet specimens by rolling
It is not applicable to foam materials or paints.

a small grinding wheel or a roller faced with abrasive paper.

progressive loss of material from the operating surface of a plastic material resulting from the cutting or scratching action of the abrasive wheel
