Introduction of GB/T 7121.1-2008

本部分规定了农林轮式拖拉机防护装置的静态试验方法和验收条件。
防护装置试验的目的是在于使拖拉机正常作业时由翻车事故造成驾驶员受伤的可能性减至最小。
用模拟拖拉机向后或侧面翻车时(悬空摔落除外)施加于驾驶室或安全架上的载荷来检验防护装置的强度。本试验可检查拖拉机防护装置和连接支架的强度以及由施加在承载装置上的载荷可能影响的那些拖拉机零件的强度。
本部分适用于至少具有两轴的充气轮胎拖拉机,其质量为800kg~15000kg,后轮最小轮距应大于1150mm。
