1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as the marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life for the oil of cedarwood, Chinese Guizhou type (Cupressus funebris Endlicher).
This standard is applicable to the oil of Cupressus funebris Endlicher.

oil obtained by steam distillation of the roots of Cupressus funebris Endlicher, followed by rectification
4 Requirements
4.1 Color and appearance: A clear liquid ranging from pale yellow to yellow.
4.2 Odour: A characteristic woody aroma.
4.3 Relative density (20℃/20℃): 0.938~0.960.
