为了便于核电子仪器用样品盘的互换性，本标准规定了井型、平板和碟型样品盘尺寸，在特殊情况下，不排除使用其他尺寸或形状的样品盘。本标准等效采用IEC 248-1984《核电子仪器用样品盘尺寸》。
