1 Scope
This standard specifies both the fundamental and common technical requirements of metal cutting machine tool (hereinafter referred to as machine tool, including modular machine tool and machine tool accessories).
This standard is applicable to machine tool’s design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance. According to service performance and construction, different kinds of machine tools may compile corresponding product-technology standard, and make supplements to technology index, evaluation methods and inspection projects.
