GB/T 9065.3-2020 Connections for hydraulic fluid power - Hose fittings - Part 3: Flange ends
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 9065 specifies the general and dimensional requirements for the design and performance of flange hose fittings, made of carbon steel (see Figure 1 for a typical example; applicable to use with ports and clamps in accordance with ISO 6162-1 and ISO 6162-2).
This part is applicable to hoses with a nominal inner diameter of 12.5 mm ~ 51 mm (nominal inner diameter of hoses in accordance with GB/T 2351).
Note: Materials other than carbon steel can be supplied as agreed between the manufacturer and user.
Keys:
1—— Flange hose fitting;
2—— Flange clamps (as per ISO 6162-1 or ISO 6162-2);
3—— Oil port (as per ISO 6162-1 or ISO 6162-2);

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 17446 apply.
4 Performance requirements
4.1 Tested in accordance with GB/T 7939, hose assemblies shall meet the performance requirements specified in the appropriate hose specification.
4.2 The working pressure of the hose assembly shall be the lower of the fitting working pressures in ISO 6162-1 or ISO 6162-2, and the hose working pressures in the relevant hose specification.
4.3 The test method of hose fitting shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 26143, and that of hose assembly shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 7939.
5 Designation
5.1 Hose fittings shall be designated by the words “Hose fitting”, followed by a space, followed by “GB/T 9065.3”, followed by a spaced hyphen, then the connection end type and shape code (see 5.2), followed by another spaced hyphen, followed by the flange end weight series letter (see 5.2), followed by the nominal flange size (from ISO 6162-1 or ISO 6162-2), a multiplication symbol (×) and the nominal inside diameter (in accordance with GB/T 2351).
Example: A 45° elbow hose fitting, with a medium drop length (E45M) with a 42 MPa flanged head (S), 32 mm nominal flange size and 31.5 mm normal hose inside diameter, is designated as follows:
