CIE29.2—1986包含了CIE眩光指数公式和一个CIE亮度限制系统,叫作“CIE安全卫士系统”,用它们来预测工作环境的不舒适眩光。
可以通过计算机用公式来预测一个拥有一系列特定条件的空间不舒适眩光。亮度限制系统被用来简单评估一个普通照明用灯具在有限数目条件下的适用性。
TC3-13委员会曾被要求提供一个“实际眩光评价系统”。本报告包含了此项任务的结果。
开发了三种眩光评价方法:
a) 基本“统一眩光等级(UGR)”公式;
b) 推导出的能够进行不同照明条件下的简单比较的算表法;
c) 推导出的能够帮助灯具设计并能够给照明设计者关于灯具适用性大致指导的“亮度限制曲线法”。
