GBZ/T 210.1-2008 Guide for establishing occupational health standards—Part 1:Occupational exposure limits for airborne chemicals in the workplace (English Version)
1 Scope
This part specifies contents such as the principle, basis, development method and requirements for establishing occupational exposure limits for airborne chemicals (hereinafter referred to as "chemicals") in the workplace.
This part is applicable to the establishment of occupational exposure limits for chemicals in the workplace.

3 Establishment Principle
Based on the principle of establishing national occupational health standard, the establishment of occupational exposure limits for chemicals shall also comply with the following principles:
3.1 Under the premise of guaranteeing laborers' health, it shall be economically rational and technically feasible. Economic rationality means that the vast majority of employers are affordable economically in implementing this standard. Technical feasibility means that it is attainable at the existing technology developmental level.
