1 Scope
This part specifies the principles, basis, development methods and requirements for establishing occupational exposure limits for the physical agents in the workplace.

3 Principle
On the basis of the principles for establishing national occupational health standards, the establishment of occupational exposure limits for physical factors shall also follow the following principles:
3.1 Economically reasonable and technically feasible on the premise of ensuring the health of workers. “Economically reasonable” means that most employers can afford economically. “Technically feasible” means achievable by the development level of existing technology.
