1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic content and requirements of quality management in the whole process of large scale test of weapons and equipment.
This standard is applicable to all kinds of large scale tests of weapons and equipment, and other tests may be carried out with reference.
2 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.

3 General requirements

3.2 Overall quality planning shall be carried out for large scale tests, and quality plans (quality assurance program or quality assurance measures) shall be prepared.

3.4 All kinds of participants shall take posts with certificates after passing the assessment according to regulations.

3.6 According to the arrangement of the quality plan, graded and phased testing quality inspection, quality review and quality audit are organized.

3.8 A quality information system is established to collect, analyze, process and transmit quality information in time. The causes of the problems in the test process are analyzed so as to formulate corresponding corrective and preventive measures.
