Introduction of GY/T 223-2007
本标准规定了标准清晰度数字电视节目录像磁带录制的基本要求。本标准适用于符合GB/T 14857-1993规定的串行数字分量视频信号和符合GB/T 14919-1994规定的数字音频信号，或经过码率压缩编解码处理后，达到标准清晰度数字电视要求的电视节目录像磁带的录制、播出和交换。采用其他数字编码方式和记录介质的电视节目的录制、播出和交换可参照本标准执行。
