为了在离心式压缩机刚架式基础设计中贯彻执行国家的技术经济政策，做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用、确保质量，特制定本规定。本规定适用于工作转速n大于3000r/min的离心式压缩机刚架式基础的设计。工作条件及结构形式与之类似的机器基础的设计亦可参照使用。
