1.1.1 This standard is applicable to chemical processing equipment of steeliness and cast iron, tube composite and pipe casting rubber lining, for resisting chemical mediator corrosion or resisting solid particles abrasion; it is also applicable to rubber lining parts in the composite liner equipment with rubber acting as isolating layer.
1.1.2 This standard excludes liquid state rubber layer of equipment painting and spray painting.
1.1.3 This standard is not applicable to equipment of steam heating with strap clamp nesting, and pipe and pipe casting with threaded connection.
1.2 Working temperature and working pressure of rubber lining equipment
1.2.1 Operating temperature range
(1) Permissible working temperature of ebonite board is 0-+85℃. When vacuum tightness is less than or equal to 0.08 MPa, the maximum operating temperature is +65℃; when vacuum tightness is larger than 0.08 MPa and is less than 0.093 MPa, the maximum operating temperature is +40℃.
(2) Permissible working temperature of semi-ebonite plate and soft rubber plate is-25-+75℃.
(3) Permissible working temperature of synthetic rubber plate may be determined according to refractability in the product description and observed temperature of the samples.
(4) Permissible working temperature of special rubber plate shall be determined according to technical conditions established by manufacturing plant and develop organizations.
