1.0.1 This provision is the technical provisions established for adopting programmable controller (PC-Programmable Controller, PLC-Programmable Logic Controller etc. hereafter referred to as PLC) in chemical instrumentation design.
1.0.2 This provision is applicable to the PLC engineering design of new build chemical companies; the application scope is as follows:
Establish the PLC executive solution in the monitoring application in industrial process;
Determine the basic configuration of PLC hardware system;
Prepare PLC technical specification;
Prepare letter of PLC inquiry;
Submit external design information applied by PLC;
Accomplish the design information required by programming of PLC application software;
Installation and technical service of PLC equipments;
Extension and reconstruction engineering may be implemented in reference of this provision according to the practical application conditions;
The built-in programming software of PLC and internal connection of system are not included in this provision.
