1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This standard is prepared in order to regulate the design of welding neck flange handholes, reduce repetitive design works, ensure product quality and improve comprehensive benefits.
1.0.2 This standard is only applicable to the design of welding neck flange handholes made of steel with nominal pressure of PN23~PN63 in chemical, petrochemical plants and other similar devices.
1.0.3 The design of welding neck flange handholes shall not only comply with those specified in this standard, but also comply with those specified in the current relevant ones of the nation.

2.0.1 The structure type of welding neck flange handholes shall meet those specified in Figure 2.0.1.
