1 Application scope
This standard specifies the technical performance requirements and test methods for on-line automatic analyzer of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COOCr) in surface water and sewage discharged by enterprises and institutions.
This standard is applicable to the production, application selection and performance inspection of on-line automatic analyzer (hereinafter referred to as automatic analyzer) of CODCr in surface water and sewage.

3.1
specimen
surface water such as rivers and lakes and sewage discharged by enterprises and institutions that are led into automatic analyzers
3.2
correction fluid
the test solution prepared in order to obtain the same indicator value as CODCr concentration of the sample, which is classified into several categories, including zero correction fluid and range correction fluid
3.3
zero drift
the change in the indicated value of the automatic analyzer within a certain period of time when the zero correction fluid specified in this standard is used for continuous testing of specimen
3.4
range drift
the change in the indicated value of the instrument within a certain period of time relative to the measuring range of the automatic analyzer when the range correction fluid specified in this standard is used for continuous testing of specimen
