1 Scope
This standard specifies basic requirements, test methods, test rules and warranty period of imported used hydraulic excavator.
This standard applies import used hydraulic excavator below 90t (hereinafter referred to as excavator).
Excavator in this standard is excavator that possesses one of the following situations:
——still possess basic function and certain use value after being used;
——not being used but has been stored for a overlong time thus exceeding the warranty period or clear physical depreciation appears on the parts;
——assembled with new parts and used parts;
——after being repaired or renovated.

3 General Requirements
3.1 General requirement
3.1.1 Manufacture life of excavator shall not exceed 5 years (Manufacture life is from production date to acceptance time).
3.1.2 The Excavator shall be provided with complete technical documents:
a) Product quality certificate or relevant quality certificates;
b) A foreign language original version and a Chinese version of the operation and maintenance manual;
c) Parts manual;
d) Packing list.
3.1.3 Equipment import agent shall provide guarantee commitment of the excavator; special tools shall be complete and in good condition.
3.1.4 The excavator shall be of neat appearance and complete paint; each parts shall be in good condition and tightly connected without defects.
3.1.5 Safety mark and danger diagram that arranged on products and compiled in the operation and maintenance manual shall meet the requirements of GB 20178.
3.1.6 The excavator shall be provided with product label, control indication sign and lubrication sketch map; the data and the diagram on them shall be complete and distinct.
3.1.7 Motor number and complete machine delivery number shall be in accordance with those specified in technical documents.
3.2 Environment conditions and working adaptability
The excavator shall meet the requirements of 3.2 in GB/T 9139.2-1996.
3.3 Service performance requirements
3.3.1 Starting and braking shall be reliable when the excavator is running at a gradient specified in GB/T 9139.1.
3.3.2 The excavator should be of flexible, accurate and reliable control. Operating force of the control device shall meet the requirements of GB/T 8595.
3.3.3 For excavator in idling, each oil cylinder and swing mechanism of working equipment shall be in normal operation, and each driving component shall be in harmonious movement without abnormal noise.
3.3.4 For excavator in normal operation, temperature rise of hydraulic oil shall not be larger than 40K.
3.3.5 Cleanness level of hydraulic oil solid particulate contaminant of the excavator shall not be larger than 19/16 of those specified in JG/T 5035.
3.3.6 After 3h of continuous working, each sealed part of the excavator shall not exhibit leakage.
3.3.7 For excavator in test condition specified in GB/T 7586, displacement of the boom cylinder rod caused by system–inside leakage shall not be larger than 200mm/h.
3.3.8 The deviation of caterpillar excavator in straight line running shall not be larger than 7% of the measuring distance.
3.3.9 The braking distance of the wheeled excavator shall meet the requirements of ISO 3450.
3.3.10 The braking distance of the caterpillar excavator shall meet the requirements of GB/T 19929.
3.3.11 Travel speed of each block of the wheeled excavator shall not be less than 90% of the new machine.
3.3.12 The complete machine stability shall meet the requirements of JG 5056.
3.3.13 In nominal power condition, the specific fuel consumption of the excavator shall meet the technical specification declared by the manufacturer and shall meet the requirements of GB/T 9139.2.
