1 Scope
This standard specifies the method to assess surface imperfections of the steel ball for the bearing.
This standard is applicable to the bearing steel ball with the dimensional range of 0.3~50mm and the tolerance grades respectively being 3, 5, 10, 16, 20, 24 and 28 as specified in GB/T 308-2002, and used for the commercial steel ball or the steel ball before bearing assembly.
