1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements and test methods for ultrasonic phased array probes.
It is applicable to type test and end-of-manufacturing test of the ultrasonic phased array probe with a center frequency of 0.5MHz to 15MHz and number of elements of 4 to 256. It may also be used as the acceptance criterion for the ordered goods by users.
