1 Scope
This standard specifies product type, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of the manual hydraulic jacks.
This standard is applicable to the manual hydraulic jacks (hereinafter referred to as jack) used for vehicle, mining, vessel and building engineering, etc.. As for other similar types of hydraulic jacks, this standard can also be used by reference.
2 Product Type
2.1 Types
2.1.1 The jacks stated in this standard include two types of jacks, i.e., vertical jack and vertical & horizontal jack, and can be divided as follows according to their uses:
a) The jack with safety load limit device and the one without safety load limit device;
b) The jack with single grade piston rod and the one with multi-grade piston rods;
c) The combination between a~b.
2.1.2 Representation methods of the model:
The code of vertical hydraulic jack is QYL;
The code of vertical & horizontal hydraulic jack is QW;
The representation letter of hydraulic jack with safety load limit device is A;
The representation letter of hydraulic jack with multi-grade piston rods is D.
