1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and mark, packaging, transportation, storage as well as quality assurance date etc. of 500kg~10000kg counterbalanced fork lift trucks with.
This standard is applicable to 500kg~10000kg internal combustion counterbalanced fork lift trucks and 500kg~5000kg storage battery counterbalanced fork lift trucks (hereinafter referred to as "fork lift trucks", if specially referring to storage battery counterbalanced fork lift trucks, it is called "storage battery fork lift trucks" for short).

3 Requirements
3.1 Basic Requirements
3.1.1 The manufacture requirements of the main structure dimension of the fork lift trucks shall meet those specified in Table 1.
3.1.2 The requirements of main technical performance parameters of the fork lift trucks shall meet those specified in Table 2.
3.1.3 Stability of fork lift trucks shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5141.
3.1.4 Overhead guards of fork lift trucks shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5143.
3.1.5 Such auxiliary equipments as the motor, speed change box, hydraulic element, electromotor, storage battery, electrical controller for speed regulation and tire selected by the fork lift trucks shall meet relevant standards and technical document requirements and be attached by the product certificate, if necessary, re-inspect the pre-working auxiliary equipments.
3.1.6 Motor power shall adopt 1h rated power and the gasoline motor shall be equipped with speed limit device.
3.1.7 According to the test conditions specified in JB/T 3300, the service working time of the storage battery fork lift trucks is determined not be less than 8h.
3.1.8 In the DC or AC driving device of the storage battery fork lift trucks, the running motor shall adopt S260min working system. The insulation grade of electromotor shall not be less than Grade F.
3.1.9 The driving system shall be free from any abnormal noise and the variator shall not be dislocated automatically. The power gearshift shall be stable and free from the shock. The mechanical-driven gearshift shall have synchronizer and hydrodynamic-driven fork lift trucks shall have inching function.
3.1.10 The performance of the brakes used for the fork lift trucks shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 18849.

3 Requirements
