本标准规定了蓄电池工业车输的环境条件、技术要求和试验方法。
本标准适用于蓄电池电压为96V及以下，非行驶在公路上的蓄电池工业车输。
本标准不适用于其它工业车输的蓄电池、电机、控制装置及其它元器件。
