This part of JB/T 6758 specifies the general requirements of less paper insulated netting-typed continuously transposed conductors of polyvinyl acetal enamelled copper wires. The transposed conductors adopt Level 120 adhesive polyvinyl acetal enamelled rectangular copper wire (thermosetting epoxy resin self-adhesive layer), and adopt binding with polyester fiber rope for the netting-typed and wrapping with polyester fiber non-woven tape, epoxy resin glass fiber cotton tape or insulation paper tape with hole pattern for the apposition-typed. The copper conductors may be either common annealed copper wires or half-hard copper wires.
This part shall be used together with JB/T 6758.1.
