JB/T 6758的本部分规定了耐热型漆包换位导线的一般要求。如聚酯纤维非织布带绝缘155级改性聚酯漆包换位导线及半硬导线；芳香族聚酰胺纸绝缘180级聚酯亚胺或200级聚酯亚胺，聚酰胺酰亚胺复合漆包换位导线及半硬导线等。漆包铜扁线铜导体既可以是普通软铜线，也可以是半硬铜线。本部分应与JB/T 6758.1一起使用。
