1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and warranty period of the solenoid valve for industrial-process measurement and control systems (hereinafter referred to as the "solenoid valve").
This standard is applicable to the solenoid valves for which the clean liquid, gas and steam are taken as the working media and whose on/off control function is realized in the pipeline.
This standard is not applicable to hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid directional valves.
