1 Scope
This part of JB/T 8734 specifies the service characteristics, type, specification, technical requirements and inspection of insulated wires for internal wiring of equipment.
This part is applicable to copper-cored polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated wires for internal wiring of electrical appliances, instruments, electronic equipment and automation devices of AC rated voltage U0/U up to and including 300/300V.

3.1 The rated voltage U0/U of wire is 300/300V.
3.2 The long-term allowable operating temperature of AV-90 and AVR-90 wires shall not exceed 90℃ and that for other types shall not exceed 70℃.
