1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminologies and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of low voltage reactive power automatic compensating controller (hereinafter referred to as "controller").
This standard is applicable to low voltage reactive power automatic compensating controller with the rated AC voltage not exceeding 1,000 V (or 1,140V) and frequency not exceeding 50Hz or 60Hz.

3 Terminologies and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terminologies and definitions apply.

Sampling input
The general name of current sampling input Is inputted into current signal end of controller and voltage sampling input Us inputted into voltage signal end of controller. Controller controls the connection and disconnection of output circuit through carrying out calculation, comparison and judgment for the sampling input.
