1 Scope
This standard specifies the term and definition, representation methods of type, structure type, basic parameters and dimensions, and technical requirements of the bearing of back roll for belt conveyor idlers (hereinafter referred to as bearing housing).
This standard is applicable to the parameters and dimensions of idler specified in GB/T 990-1991.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

4.2 Designation example
Bearing housing of the idler type is DTII, the bearing type is 4G204, and the idler diameter is φ89, designated as DTII204-89.
5 Structure Type, Basic Parameters and Dimensions
5.1 Structure type
a. Type TD75 bearing housing as shown in Figure 1;
b. Type DTII bearing housing as shown in Figures 2 and 3;
c. Type TK bearing housing as shown in Figure 4;
d. Type TKII bearing housing as shown in Figure 5;
e. Type SP bearing housing as shown in Figure 6.
5.2 Basic parameters and dimensions
The basic parameters and dimensions shall comply with the requirements specified in Tables 1 to 5.
6 Technical Requirements
6.1 The chemical composition of materials selected for the product shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 699-1999. The recommended materials are: 08Al, 08F, SPHE, etc.
6.2 The physical and mechanical properties of the materials shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 13237-1991.
6.3 The dimension, shape, weight and tolerance of materials selected for the product shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 708-1988 and GB/T 709-1988.
6.4 According to the requirements of GB/T 15055-1994, the dimensions in the drawing without tolerance indication shall be manufactured according to the accuracy of Class f.
6.5 There shall be no defects, such as burrs, cracks, dents and wrinkles on the product surface.
6.6 D1 and bearing contact surface, the radial contact surface and the axial contact surface shall not less than 80%.
