This standard specifies the structure, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules as well as marking and packaging of electrically driven flexure testing device (hereinafter referred to as flexure testing device).
This standard is applicable to the flexure testing device for testing the flexural strength of cement mortar (prism specimen of 40mm×40mm×160mm).
2 Structure
The flexure testing device is of double-arm lever type, which is mainly composed of frame, reversible motor, drive screw, scale, flexure testing fixture, etc. While working, the load is gradually increased as the sliding weight moves along the lever. The maximum load of flexure testing device shall not be less than 5000N. Its structure is shown in Figure 1.
