1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This specification is formulated with a view to strengthening the management, guaranteeing readiness, ensuring safety application and preventing/minimizing mechanical accidents for the machinery and equipment on the construction site.
1.0.2 This specification is suitable to the inspection of machinery and equipment on the construction site of newly-built, renovated and extended industrial and civil buildings and municipal infrastructure.
1.0.3 On the construction site, the machinery and equipment user shall establish and consummate the safe operation management system and post responsibility system hereof on the construction site, and inspect the on-site machinery and equipment.
1.0.4 The inspection of machinery and equipment on the construction site shall meet not only the requirements of this specification, but also those of the current relevant standards of the nation.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Pile driving machinery
Construction machinery which realizes various pile foundations.
2.0.2 Pile frame
Equipment used in match with pile hammer.
2.0.3 Up-down frame
Component which is installed on the pile hammer guide rod of pile machine upright and used for lifting the upper piston of the diesel hammer.
2.0.4 Tubular diesel pile hammer
Pile driving machinery which takes the diesel oil as the fuel and performs piling construction with impact effect mode.
2.0.5 Vibratory pile hammer
Machinery which drives and extracts piles through high-frequency vibration generated by virtue of motor or hydraulic power driving the vibrating bin so as to overcome the friction resistance between pile and soil mass.
2.0.6 Hydraulic pile driver
Equipment making the pile sink along the axis direction of the pressure beam through overcoming the resistance between pile and soil during pile sinking process with the deadweight of the pile driver.
2.0.7 Boring tools
A general term of installed-together boring heads, diving power unit, diving gravel pump, counterweight, drill rod, tap, etc.
2.0.8 Boring frame
Device for lifting and guiding boring tool to make boring head (tool) flexibly align pile position for operation.
2.0.9 Cat head
Structural parts located at the top of the tower body and mainly used for supporting inhaul cables of arm support and balance arm.
2.0.10 Climbing mechanism
Mechanism increasing or decreasing standard knots in the self-raising tower crane.
2.0.11 Anchorage device
Supporting member system which anchors the tower body of the attached tower crane to the building or foundation according to a certain distance.
2.0.12 Builder's hoist
Construction machinery carrying people and materials with cage, platform, hopper, etc. to make vertical transportation along the mast.
2.0.13 Mast
Metal frame use for supporting and guiding the operation of cage, platform, hopper, etc.
2.0.14 Cage
Cage-type component used for carrying personnel or materials.
2.0.15 Ultimate limit switch
Safety switch which automatically cuts off power supply circuit when cage, platform, hopper, etc. override the stroke end.
2.0.16 Safety device
Mechanical safety protection devices with non-electrical, pneumatic and manual control to prevent cage, platform or hopper falling.
2.0.17 Safety hook
Hook stop dog for preventing the cage of the builder's hoist from the mast or the gear at tripper output end from the rack.
2.0.18 Work device
Device which is installed on the machine body to directly complete the operation.
2.0.19 Control device
Device used for controlling the movement of each part of the excavator.
2.0.20 Pre-control device
Device conducting the whole machine motion control through full-power variable system, pre-hydraulic control, pneumatically prepressing hydraulic oil into the oil tank and passing through integral multiway valve and control valve.
2.0.21 Tank connective fitting
Dedicated device to realize the fastening and connection of tank and delivery vehicle.
2.0.22 Tank transportation device
Gas transportation pipe realizing pneumatic transportation of powder particles in the tank, material transportation pipe, and various joints, valves and instruments connected with pipes.
2.0.23 Tank safety equipment
Safety facilities configured for guaranteeing personal safety during loading and unloading process for the tank.
2.0.24 Floating seal
Combined seal floating with the mixer shaft for preventing mortar leakage at shaft end.
2.0.25 Accumulator
Pressure vessel for energy storage.
2.0.26 Shields
Special machinery and equipment for excavation and lining when constructing tunnel in soft soil, soft rock and broken hydrous stratum.
2.0.27 Pressurized slurry shields
Shield type for maintaining the stability of the excavated surface through applying slurry pressure slightly higher than the water and soil pressure of the excavated surface and outputting cut soil and sand with fluid mode through circulating slurry.
2.0.28 Earth pressure balanced shields or soil pressure balancing shields
Shield type for changing the excavated silt into soil with stirring mode and guaranteeing the excavated surface stability through controlling the soil pressure.
2.0.29 Hydraulic rock drilling machine
Machinery taking the circulating hydraulic oil as the power to drive drill rod and drill bit and punching in rock mass with percussion rotation mode.
2.0.30 Drill jumbo or rock drilling jumbo
A mechanized rock drilling unit that several medium and heavy high-frequency or percussive rock drills and propulsion unit are installed on the drill boom guide rail and a traveling mechanism is provided.
3 Power Equipment and Low-voltage Distribution System
3.1 Diesel Generator Set
3.1.1 The rated voltage of the diesel generator on the construction site must conform to the power supply voltage rating of the external line.
3.1.2 Stationary diesel generator set shall be installed on the indoor foundation meeting the relevant requirements, and shall be 0.25-0.30m higher than the flooring. The mobile diesel generator set shall be stably placed in the horizontal state, and its trailer shall be earthed reliably, and the front and rear wheels shall be locked. For outdoor-used diesel generator set, the protection shed shall be erected.
3.1.3 The arrangement of diesel generator set and its control, power distribution and repair rooms, etc. shall guarantee electrical safe distance and meeting the fire protection requirements; the smoke exhaust pipe shall extrude outdoors, and the storage tank shall not be stored indoors or near the smoke exhaust pipe.
3.1.4 The installation environment of the diesel generator set on the construction site shall be close to the load center, convenient for incoming and outgoing lines, and the peripheral roads shall be unimpeded and keep clear of the leeside of pollution sources and easy water accumulation places.
3.1.5 The power supply of the generator set must be interlocked with the power supply of external line and shall be free from parallel running with the external line; for parallel running of two and more generator sets, the synchronizer must be installed, and the power shall be supplied to the load after the generator set synchronization.
3.1.6 The complete diesel generator set shall meet the following requirements:
1 Main parameters of diesel engine and generator shall reach the indexes specified in the instruction, and the output power shall not be less than 85% of the rated power;

1 General Provisions
