1.0.1 This specification is formulated with purposes of uniforming the mixing proportion design method of the ordinary concrete, satisfying the design and implementation requirements and ensuring the quality of the concrete works.
1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the mix proportion design of the ordinary concrete adopted in the industrial and civil buildings as well as general structures.
1.0.3 The mixing proportion of the ordinary concrete shall be calculated on the base of the raw material performance and the concrete technical requirements; after through laboratory testing and mixing as well as adjustment, the mixing proportion hereof can be identified.
