1.0.1 In order to carry out national technical and economic policies in the structural design for concrete structures with cold-rolled ribbed steel wires, and to realize technical advancement, economic feasibility, safety and quality, this standard is formulated.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to engineering and construction of the reinforced concrete structure and the small-scale pretensioning prestressed structure element for industrial / civic buildings, and common structure which the arrangement of reinforcement is cold-rolled ribbed steel wires.
1.0.3 The engineering and construction of the reinforced concrete structure and pretensioning prestressed concrete structure element for which the cold-rolled ribbed steel wires are adopted shall meet the provisions of the related national compulsive standards, besides the provisions of this standard.
