1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification and mark, basic requirements, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of air shower.
This standard is applicable to the manufacture and testing of air showers.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
air shower
purification equipment that blows off the floating dust on the clothing surface of the personnel or surface of materials entering the clean room with high-speed clean airflow blown out from the nozzle, which consists of a box, a pre-filter, a high efficiency particulate air filter, circulating fan and nozzle
3.2
closet air shower
air shower in which personnel stand still or rotate on the spot in the air blowing area with nozzles on both sides or four corners to receive high-speed clean air blowing within the specified time so as to purify the surface
Closet air shower may be divided into single-person air shower, double-person air shower, multi-person air shower and material air shower.
