Technical specifications for vehicle video terminal
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements, installation requirements and test methods for vehicle video terminal of GNSS system for operating vehicles.
This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture, inspection and installation of the host, camera and other external equipment of vehicle video terminal of GNSS system for operating vehicles.

For the purpose of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

vehicle video terminal
vehicle terminal installed on the vehicle, used for collecting audio and video information of the vehicle environment and having the function of satellite positioning
3.1.2
main storage device
storage medium for storing all data including audio and video data and positioning data, and its protective device
3.1.3
storage device for disaster backup
storage medium, together with protective device, independent of the main storage device and used to save important data in special states
3.1.4
particular alarm
specific alarms affecting vehicle safety such as emergency alarm and collision rollover alarm
3.2 Abbreviations
