本标准规定了港口浮式起重机的材料要求，金属结构、专用零部件、通用零部件、液压系统、润滑系统、电气设备和安全保护装置的修理、更换及装配要求，以及修理或更换后的试验与验收要求。
本标准适用于在港口遮蔽水域或近海作业的浮式起重机，其它类型的浮式起重机也可参照使用。
