1.0.1 This system, also referred as structured cabling system, is a network system for integrated data transmission in buildings (including terminal). It connects voice, data processing equipment with other data communication facility, and adopts necessary equipment to connect with data network or telephone line outside of terminal. This system includes all the cables used for the interlinkage of equipment in terminal and relevant cabling devices.
1.0.2 This Code is applicable to the design for generic cabling system engineering of civil airport terminal building, and may provide reference for generic cabling system engineering design of civil aviation office building, hotel, airport navigation management building, freight center, catering building and other civil aviation construction project.
1.0.3 Generic cabling system engineering design shall be planned in an overall way with each weak current system design of terminal, meet the transmission requirement of weak current system information and realize the reasonable use.
1.0.4 This Code refers to the National Standard of the People's Republic of China Code for Engineering Design of Generic Cabling System for Building and Campus(GB/T50311-2000)
1.0.5 Generic cabling system engineering design of civil airport entrance building shall not only meet the requirements of this Code but also comply with national current design standard and code for relevant projects in relevant industry.
