1 Scope
This standard specifies the excellent equipment technical requirements of civil aviation of fuel.
This standard is applicable to civil aviation fuel storage equipment, transportation equipment, refueling equipment and accessories. As for non-aviation fuel storage equipment, transportation equipment, refueling equipment and accessories, this standard can also be taken as reference to implement.

3 Oil Tank and Accessories
3.1 The technical requirements of fire safety distance between oil tank and structures or buildings in oil depot area, fire safety distance between oil tanks, fire dike arrangement and oil tank base surface shall meet those specified in Part 5 and Part 6 of GB 50074-2002.
3.2 Butt welding bottom ring shell plate of oil tank shall meet the following requirements:
a) The horizontal allowable deviation of upper openings of two adjacent shell plates shall not be greater than 2mm, and the horizontal allowable deviation between two points on the whole circumference shall not be greater than 6mm;
b) The vertical allowable deviation of shell plate shall not be greater than 3mm;
c) The place at 3/4 the height outside the first ring shell plate is the place where basic diameter is measured and shall be free from obstacle;
d) The radius allowable deviation of any point on internal surface of bottom ring shell plate 1m away from the bottom shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.
