1 Subject content and application scope
This standard specifies technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hydraulic drill jumbos for coal mine (including tunneling jumbo, anchor drill jumbo and drill loader, hereinafter referred to as the “drill jumbos”).
This standard is applicable to the hydraulic drill jumbos for coal mine. This standard may also be used for reference by semi-hydraulic drill jumbo for coal mine with its bench, drilling boom, propeller, etc.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Drill jumbos shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved according to the prescribed procedures with the basic performance parameters meeting the requirements of this standard. For the same model ones, their corresponding parts, components and elements shall be interchangeable.
3.1.2 Drill jumbos are suitable for making various blast holes or anchor holes with a diameter of φ 27 ~ 55mm and a depth of less than 5 m in rock roadway (tunnel) tunneling and drilling engineering.
3.1.3 Drill jumbos shall be explosion-proof. All auxiliary electrical equipment shall meet the requirements of GB 3836.1, GB 3836.2 and GB 3836.4. Explosion-proof electrical equipment shall be attached with explosion-proof inspection certificates.
3.1.4 Raw materials, standard parts and purchased parts for drill jumbos shall be up to standard. The drill jumbo components, if made of aluminum alloy, shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB 13813.
3.1.5 The hydraulic systems of drill jumbos shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB 3766. The auxiliary hydraulic elements of drill jumbos shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB 7935.
3.1.6 Self-made and purchased air compressors, water pumps, coolers and other components shall be up to standard, and the auxiliary air compressors on the drill jumbos shall meet the relevant requirements of the coal mine safety regulations.
3.1.7 The hydraulic rock drill (hereinafter referred to as the "rock drill") and the hydraulic rotary drill (hereinafter referred to as the "rotary drill") equipped on the drill jumbo shall meet the requirements of MT/T 198.
3.1.8 The operating handles and buttons shall be light, flexible, accurate, reliable, unblocked and reset accurately.
3.1.9 The external surface of the drill jumbo shall be flat and smooth, free from defects such as flash, burr, crack and cavity, which shall be painted according to the requirements of ZB 4014. The paint color and safety signs shall meet the requirements of JB 2299.
3.1.10 Various pipelines and cables shall be arranged reasonably and neatly.
3.1.11 For the drill jumbos, the overall dimensions (including the contour sizes in transport state and the sizes in working state) and the weight shall meet the design requirements.
3.2 Assembling requirements
3.2.1 Before assembly, all parts, especially the internal and external grooves, channels and blind holes, shall be thoroughly cleaned to get rid of pollutants.
3.2.2 Fasteners at the joints of key components shall be coated with adhesives against looseness and tightened according to the design torque.
3.3 Requirements of working solution and filter precision of hydraulic systems
3.3.1 According to the specific conditions underground, mineral oil or nonflammable liquid is determined as the working solution. When mineral oil is used, the main performance indexes of the drill jumbos shall not be lower than those of N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. When nonflammable liquid is used, the drill jumbos shall be subjected to performance and reliability tests.
3.3.2 The oil return filter precision of the hydraulic system shall not be less than 30μm, and the filter precision of key parts of rock drill such as impact mechanism shall not be less than 10μm.
3.3.3 The working solution shall be injected into the oil tank through a filter with a filter precision of not less than 25μm.
3.3.4 The working solution in the oil tank shall not be higher than 65℃.
3.4 Electrical property
3.4.1 The starting current of the motor shall not be greater than the specified value.
3.4.2 Electrical elements shall act in flexible and reliable way, with firm electrical wiring of control, power, lighting, etc., and shall meet the requirements of GB 3836.1.
3.5 Pressure-resistant property and sealing property
3.5.1 The hydraulic system shall be subjected to pressure test. Under the test pressure, there shall be no leakage, damage and other abnormal phenomena at the joints of pressure-bearing shells, hydraulic elements and pipelines.
3.5.2 When the hydraulic cylinder equipped with a hydraulic lock is locked, the displacement of the piston rod shall not be greater than 4.0mm within 6h under its rated load.
3.6 Tramming property and stability property
3.6.1 The maximum tramming speed deviation of the drill jumbos shall not be greater than ±10% of the design value.
3.6.2 During starting, braking, turning, climbing and tramming in a straight line, the drill jumbos shall be operated in flexible and stable way; after braking, the drill jumbos shall not slide automatically, make abnormal sound or be blocked.
3.6.3 The drill jumbos shall remain stable in all working positions. When all propellers push against the rock surface or other fixed objects with the maximum thrust, the drill jumbos shall not have any abnormal phenomena such as backward movement, lifting and steering.
3.6.4 The brake and tensioning mechanism shall be freely adjustable, accurate, flexible and reliable.
3.7 Properties of drilling booms and propellers
3.7.1 The drilling booms shall operate accurately, flexibly and stably, with sufficient rigidity, strength and stability, and their amplitude range shall meet the product design requirements.
3.7.2 Under the rated working parameters, the propellers shall have a thrust not less than 95% of the design value; the maximum no-load thrust shall not be greater than 3.5MPa; the no-load propulsion and return speed shall not be less than the specified value of the product.
3.7.3 The coaxiality deviation between the shank of rock drill or rotary drill and the center line of each bit hole shall not be greater than 2.0ram.
3.8 Rock drilling property
3.8.1 Under rated conditions, rock drills and rotary drills shall have normal rock drilling property. Under the rated flow rate, the working pressure of the rock drill shall not be lower than 95% of the rated pressure, and the drilling speed shall not be lower than the specified value.
3.8.2 The shell surface temperature of the rock drill and the rotary drill shall not be higher than 70℃.
3.9 Noise and water & gas supply systems of drill jumbos
3.9.1 The pressure of the water & gas supply systems of the drill jumbos shall not be less than 90% of the rated working pressure, and the flow rate shall not be less than the design value.
3.9.2 The noise A sound power level of the drill jumbo shall not be higher than 125dB during drilling process.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Drill jumbos shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved according to the prescribed procedures with the basic performance parameters meeting the requirements of this standard. 3.4.1 The starting current of the motor shall not be greater than the specified value.

3.5 Pressure-resistant property and sealing property
3.5.1 The hydraulic system shall be subjected to pressure test. Under the test pressure, there shall be no leakage, damage and other abnormal phenomena at the joints of pressure-bearing shells, hydraulic elements and pipelines.
3.5.2 When the hydraulic cylinder equipped with a hydraulic lock is locked, the displacement of the piston rod shall not be greater than 4.0mm within 6h under its rated load.

3.7.3 The coaxiality deviation between the shank of rock drill or rotary drill and the center line of each bit hole shall not be greater than 2.0ram.
3.8 Rock drilling property
