This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards.
This standard was proposed by the National Energy Administration.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of Subcommittee on Wind Power Electrical Equipment of the National Technical Committee on Wind Power in Energy Industry of Standardization Administration of China (NEA/TC 1/SC 5).
This standard is issued for the first time.
In the process of implementing this standard, the relevant comments and recommendations, whenever necessary, may be fed back to the Standardization Center of China Electricity Council (No.1, 2nd Lane, Baiguang Road, Beijing, 100761, China).
Wind turbines - Pitch slip ring
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pitch slips ring of wind turbines.
This standard is applicable to electric contact friction-type pitch slip ring of wind turbines, and may serve as a reference for other friction-type slip rings.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Dedicated technical requirements
Slip rings shall comply with the requirements of this standard and the order contract (or technical agreement). The minimum technical requirements shall include:
a) environmental requirements;
b) mechanical interface requirements;
c) electrical interface requirements;
d) slide definition and voltage, current and signal transmission requirements;
e) requirements of supporting encoder or sensor and its wiring definition (optional);
f) heater requirements (optional);
g) acceptance procedures and requirements;
h) quality and other requirements.
3.2 General technical requirements
3.2.1 Electrical performance requirements
3.2.1.1 Contact resistance
When the slip ring works, it is required that the contact between the slip ring slide and the brush is reliable, without disconnection, dislocation and other poor contact phenomena. See Table 1 for contact resistance (except cable).
