　　常压卧式容器的设计计算按JB/T 4731《钢制卧式容器》的有关规定，其许用应力值可按本部分4.6 选取。
　　本部分适用的容器范围为：
　　a）圆筒形容器：设计压力大于－0.02MPa，小于0.1MPa，设计温度范围按钢材允许的使用温
度确定；
　　b）矩形容器：设计压力为零，设计温度范围按钢材允许的使用温度确定。
