1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, mark, package, transportation and storage of aerated beverage bottle.
This standard is applicable to glass containers for filling carbonated drinks, gas drinks or other aerated beverages.

3 Terms and def i n i t i ons
The terms and definitions given in GB /T 9987 and the followings are applicable to this document.
3.1
non-parallelism of finish with reference to container base
The different value between the maximum height and the minimum height of the same bottle.
3.1 refillable bottle
New glass bottle shall be designed to be refilled repeatedly.
4. 1 PhysicaI and chemicaI properties
Physical and chemical properties shall meet the requirements listed in Table 1.

Brimful capacity tolerance shall meet the requirements listed in Table 2.

Bottle height tolerance classified in terms of height shall meet the requirements listed in Table 3. When the bottle height is out the range of those listed in Table 3, the value calculated by the formula (A.1) in Annex A shall be used as the bottle height tolerance.

4. 2. 3 Vert i ca I i ty
Bottle verticality classified in terms of height shall meet the requirements listed in Table 4. When the bottle height is out the range of those listed in Table 4, the value calculated by the formula (A.2) in Annex A shall be used as the bottle verticality tolerance.

4. 2. 4 Outer d i ameter of body
Tolerance of outer diameter of body shall meet the requirements listed in Table 5. For the outer diameter of body other than those listed in Table 5, the value calculated by the formula (A.3) in Annex A shall be used as the outer diameter tolerance of body.

4. 3 Appearance
4. 3.1 Finish defect
No chipped or burrs is allowed on bottle finish. Sealing surfaces shall be no defect affecting sealing.
4. 3. 2 Crack
No retractile crack is allowed.

4. 3. 3.1 No opening blister or surface blister is allowed.
4. 3. 3. 2 The maximum diameter of blister in bottle shall be no more than 3.0 mm.
4. 3. 3. 3 The number of blisters with diameters between 1.0 mm and 3.0 mm in each bottle shall not exceed 3.
4. 3. 3. 4 The number of visible blisters with diameters less than 1.0 mm shall be no more than 5 per cm2. 匕芹J

4. 3. 4.1 The stones greater than 1 mm in diameter is not allowed.
4. 3. 4. 2 The number of stones with diameter between 0.3 mm and 1.0 mm and without cracks shall not exceed 2.
4. 3. 4. 3 Stones on the sealing surface of bottle is not allowed.
4. 3. 5 Seam I i ne
4. 3. 5.1 It shall not be sharp or needling hand feeling.
4. 3. 5. 2 Protruding thickness of outer edge on the finish shall not exceed 0.2 mm.
4. 3. 5. 3 Protruding thickness of Seam line shall not exceed 0.5 mm,
4. 3. 6 Surface perfect i on
There shall be no obvious wrinkle, stripe, cold slug, spots, oil patch and any other defects that affects the appearance quality level seriously.
4.3.7 I ns i de defect
There shall be no spikes or stuck glass filament inside.
4.3.8 Base defect
Base defects causing standing unstably are not allowed.
4.4 Lead and cadmi um re I ease I imits :
Release limits of lead and cadmium shall be as given in Table 6.
