1 Scope
This standard specifies the maximum allowable content of hazardous substances in lighting equipments.
This standard is applicable to the following lighting equipments:
——incandescent lamps, tungsten halogen lamps;
——fluorescent lamps, comprising the double-ended fluorescent lamps, single-ended fluorescent lamps, self-ballasted fluorescent lamps;
——high-strength discharge lamps: including high-pressure mercury lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps;
—— light emitting diodes;
——lamp accessories, comprising a ballast, a starter, a trigger, a transformer and other control devices;
——all kinds of luminaires.
