Polytetrafluoroethylene plate
This standard is applicable to polytetrafluoroethylene plates formed by die pressing method or plates made by turning or rolling blanks formed by die pressing method or hydraulic method (hereinafter referred to as "plates").
1 Classification
SFB-1: mainly used for electrical insulation.
SFB-2: mainly used as gasket, seal and lubricating materials in corrosive medium.
SFB-3: mainly used as diaphragm and sight glass in corrosive medium.
2 Specifications
The overall dimension and tolerance of plates shall meet those specified in Table 1.

4 Test methods
4.1 Measurement of overall dimensions
4.1.1 Thickness
The plate thickness shall be measured with a measuring tool with accuracy of 0.02mm.
4.1.2 Length and width
The plate length and width shall be measured using a steel ruler or tape with accuracy of 1mm.
4.2 Appearance
Observe in natural light.
