This standard is applicable to the surface swimming goggles with plane lenses or with diopters.

goggles having individual cup-type lenses and designed for surface swimming only
3.2
eye cup
the part of the goggles containing the lens and the cup which surrounds it
3.3
cushion/water seal
cushioning material attached or adhered to the eye cup to assist sealing between the face and the goggles
